After working together on several transactions, Blair and Kristen decided to join forces in 2017 to form The Blair Sells Team. Due to the overwhelming support of their friends, family, and clients, in mid 2018 they added veteran agent Liz Booher to their team.

A South-Georgia native, Blair has been proud to call Atlanta her home since 2003! She is a 2009 graduate of Georgia State University with a BA in journalism. Through her time as a student and resident in Atlanta, Blair has experienced much of what this thriving and diverse city has to offer. Because of this, she is familiar with not only Brookhaven (her specialty area – where she lives, works and plays), but also Buckhead, Downtown, Midtown, Grant Park, Inman Park, Candler Park, Collier Hills, the Westside, and numerous other unique pockets and neighborhoods in the city. And she isn’t just limited to inside the perimeter – she also serves Atlanta’s growing metropolis in Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Peachtree Corners and Norcross, Smyrna, Vinings, Cumming, and more. She markets and sells every type of property including condos, townhomes, single-family homes, new construction, renovation projects and more.
Blair considers herself a real estate marketing specialist. Her marketing efforts are web-focused and she stays current on the latest tools available to market and sell homes. With more than 95% of buyers beginning their home search online, it is essential to hire an agent that is up-to-date on the latest technology.

At her previous company she was named 2010 Rookie of the Year and was among their “Top 100” agents in 2013. She is a member of the Atlanta Realtors Association, Georgia Association and National Association of REALTORS® and since 2013 she has been a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club/Top Producers. She currently resides in the Ashford Park neighborhood of Brookhaven with her husband, Matt, and their 3 children.
Kristen Feldman

Kristen has called the Atlanta area home for most of her life, and was raised just outside of the city in Roswell. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2007 with a BA in Telecommunication Arts. Shortly after, she moved to California and her interest in real estate sparked while living in Los Angeles. She became a tenant rep for a commercial real estate company and later moved to San Francisco. In 2012, Kristen decided it was time to move back home to Atlanta and quickly changed gears to become a residential real estate agent.
After moving to and from various cities, and from coast to coast, she understands what it’s like to be in many of her clients’ shoes. She assures her clients will receive excellent customer service, devotion and dedication. Kristen’s main service areas include Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Smyrna and Midtown. She holds real estate licenses both in Georgia and California.
Liz Booher

Liz is a Georgia native, born and raised in Marietta, East Cobb. She attended the University of West Georgia where she earned a BA in Marketing in 2008. After college graduation, Liz relocated to midtown Atlanta. She discovered her love of everything real estate by working with one of the top home staging companies in Atlanta before receiving her national home staging certification. To continue following her passion, Liz received her real estate license in 2013 and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and National Board of Realtors.
Liz’s number one goal is to make every client a client for life. She has a deep understanding of the buying and selling process and is well versed in many of the pocket neighborhoods in and around Atlanta. Her main areas of focus are Atlanta as well as Cobb and Cherokee counties. She works diligently to provide her buyers with focused market knowledge and sellers with an individual marketing strategy custom tailored to their needs. Liz prides herself on her communication and accessibility to her clients.
Liz currently resides in the Towne Lake area of Woodstock where she lives with her husband, Jason, one-year-old son, Cannon, and their two rescue dogs.
